1. Returns

- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
- Returns that do not meet these criteria may be refused at our discretion.
- Email us at info@lati.care with your order details and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
2. Refunds
Eligibility:- A full refund will be processed if a customer raises a complaint via email within 3 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 3 business days and credited to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except for cases of damaged or defective items.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please raise a complaint via email within 3 days of delivery.
- We will offer either:
- A free replacement, or
- A full refund, once the item is returned and inspected.
